How to delete your data

Clase Offline has no accounts of its own with a username and password: class data lives on the phones. This is how to delete each kind of data:

On the phone

• A class (teacher): open the class and delete it. It is deleted from your phone and from the phones of your students and the other teachers of the class.
• A class (student): leave the class. It is deleted from your phone.
• Everything: uninstall the app. Everything stored on that phone is deleted.

In Google

• Backup: in Google Drive, go to Settings → Manage apps → Clase Offline → Delete hidden app data.
• Classroom and Drive access: in your Google account, go to Security → Third-party apps with account access → Clase Offline → Remove access. Assignments and grades the app published in Classroom stay in Classroom and are managed there.

On our server

To delete a class's internet chat messages, or the AI credit data of your teacher account, write to yayoar@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Clase Offline data". Include your Google account email (for credits) or the class name (for chat). We reply and delete the data within 30 days at most. Purchase records may be kept for as long as the law requires, and any unused credits are lost when the account is deleted.
